ANNUAL SUMMER DANCE INTENSIVES

JUNE 21-25, 2010 &

JULY 19-23, 2010

SDCT directors, dancers, and guest artists will instruct a dance workshop for pre-professional and professional dancers age 15 and up.  Classes will be offered in modern technique, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, aerial silk, pilates, yoga, counter-balance, partnering, improvisation, conditioning, and dance composition. On-site housing is available.

The following is a brief outline of SCDT project opportunities:

In School Residency:

SCDT Dancers and Directors reside at a School or University offering daily master classes and community outreach extensions.  The company performs original repertory at the school or local performance venue.  Rates vary by days of residency, number of master classes taught and number of performances offered. 

Repertory/Choreograpy:

Schools and Companies can comission a new original work or a selection from the SCDT repertory. 

Touring:

SCDT tours during fall, spring, and summer.  Please contact the company to schedule an SCDT performance at your venue.
